Sagittarius Full Moon 11.06.25

I said in my June forecast that surrender was a huge theme at the moment, and as I begin to draw cards for this full moon, the first card that comes through is temperance. But here the sense of surrender is not one of stepping back. I think about the archer with his bow and arrow lined up with precision and then the pulling back and release of the arrow, and I realise the surrender here is not passive. It is about action first - making a bold but methodical leap, but then surrendering to where that arrow lands. We are asked now to act with clarity and focus but a deep sense of trust. Once that arrow leaves your bow, you no longer have control; but you don’t need to. That is the lesson.

There is a movement of energy here but it doesn’t come through force. I love that the hanged one came up, reiterating that call for surrender and stillness. The Hanged one is suspended in the air much like the archer's arrow pulled back in the bow. This moment - the pause right before the arrow shoots forward - is where we are at under this full moon.
This moon is where we realise that striving to get ahead is not the answer, and we must devote ourselves to mastery through steady and intentional effort. Building something of meaning requires us to surrender our egoic desires of when and how it will all take shape and simply stay dedicated to our craft day by day, releasing attachment to the outcomes and embodying the remembrance that the journey is the purpose.
There is a really positive feel about this lunation too, and it feels like the intentional actions we take now will support us in inviting a greater sense of peace into our lives. The numerology of this moon is 8, symbolising abundance and balance; so we could definitely start to see things shifting in a positive way. Jupiter is also passing down blessings at the moment as he shifted into Cancer just a couple of days before this full moon, triggering the start of a new year long cycle in the areas of abundance and luck.
As always, full moons tend to shine a light on something to help us see what we have been missing or simply develop a new perspective on things. Sagittarius is adventurous and meaning seeking, so it is likely that we will be shown where there is a sense of meaning lacking in our lives and be asked to take radical steps forward to cultivate more. What I’m seeing on the cards is that if we are able now to break free from the self imposed limitations we carry and broaden our horizons as we look to the future then we have an opportunity with Jupiter’s help to break a cycle of struggle and welcome an abundance of opportunities, stability and financial wealth.
