Parent and child Yoga

Join us for a fun and interactive day where we will combine adult and child yoga for a unique bonding experience. Laura, experienced Yoga teacher, and Blaise, certified children's Yoga instructor will lead the group of adults and children alike through practical and energetic yoga flows for all levels of experience. Their unique approach brings in the element of fun and laughing yoga so that parent and child can connect joy with exercise and remember not to take themselves too seriously. We will begin the session with partnership yoga, followed by some mindfulness games to forge connection and gratitude, then we will be switching roles and seeing how well the parents can follow the instructions from the children. At the end of the class we will have some more yoga inspired games for everyone to enjoy.
