As a Somatic Self awareness and healing relationship coach, I use a fusion of spiritual and psychological teachings and embodiment practices to support you with your personal growth and guide you through healing so that you can experience lasting change and elevate your life and relationships.
I focus on using somatic explorative and healing practices to get to the root of any issues around self worth, attachment and past trauma. I have helped women transform their lives through my intuitive approach, and seen them go from anxiously attached to emotionally unavailable people, to secure and happy in love with their soul mate who gets them on the deepest level. You can experience that too, sometimes we just need to explore the subconscious stories that are in the way.

You will have the opportunity to also ask questions relating to the reading to dig a little deeper into the things that come up.

This has become one of my most popular services, as you do not need to be available at the time I do your reading, and it can be read and reflected upon at your convenience. This reading will identify necessary areas of focus and provide you with any answers you're needing, as well as offering clarity and guidance to support you on your journey.
